Privacy Policy - Any and all personal information provided to RandomImage.us will not be sold to outside sources, or used by anyone but Randomimage.us for our own statistical use.
Who Started this site and why?

Random Image was created by a couple of bored college students who were looking for something to entertain them online. We started with a few thousand funny, sexy, and just odd images that we had stored on our harddrives. After the word got out people started to upload all their funny, strange, sexy, and stupid photos to our image directory in which others can comment upon and rate.

How does the site work?

Well, its simple. There is a database of thousands of images which we update several times a day. The script is set up to randomly display the images. Viewers help determine which images stay and which go. On a daily basis we delete images with the most "dump" votes, and add hundreds more that are submited (uploaded) to us.

Are their any rules to what we can upload?

No you can upload what ever images you like, as long as there are no copyright infringements involved. Otherwise, if the image does not meet our criteria we simply do not activate it. We usually try not to include any images that are unclear, sexually offensive, extremely abusive, or simply do not appeal to us.

What are your Terms of Service for Image submittion?

RandomImage.us does not allow the submission of adult images, vulgar images, or offensive images, any Advertisements for products, sites, or clubs. It is the responsibility of the individual submitting an image to not infringe upon any copyright laws. We will remove all images that violate our TOS, and the user who submitted the image(s) will have their IP address banned from our site. All images must be approved by RandomImage.us moderators before going into the rotation.

What are your Terms of Service for Comment submittion?

RandomImage.us will not tolerate any comments that are vulgar in nature, or offend anyone. We do not allow advertisements, or spamming. This includes posting the same comment multiple times for different images. Any violators will have their IP address banned from our site immediately without warning. As for anyone who submits copyrighted images or images that are illegally possessed, the Submitter of the image is solely responsible, and their IP address is tracked. The IP address will be turned over to authorities if any legal issues arise.

Who do we contact if we have a copyright or other problem with one of the images on your site?

If there are any copyright issues, or if you personally are offended by any of the images on our site, simply copy the url of the page and email it to us at: Random@randomimage.us and we will remove it immediately. The site was not created to offend anyone, or infringe upon copyright material. Its for entertainment purposes only, and we will keep it this way.
Likewise, if any comments offend you as a viewer of this site, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to remove the comment.
